WELLBEING
What does it mean to you?
Wellbeing is a difficult concept to define: it has different meanings at personal, cultural and global levels and is important for both individual and political reasons. With the welcome increase in longevity come the challenges of optimising personal wellbeing and making hard decisions on distribution of national financial resources.
This survey offers participants an opportunity to reflect on their own perceptions of wellbeing, their lifestyle and values. By so doing, we aim to increase their self-awareness and thereby to consider whether they are making the most of their circumstances.
